Friday, January 17, 2025 What you'll be responsible for: Due to our expansion, growth and commercial opportunity within our Foodservice function, we are now looking to recruit for an Account Development Executive to focus specifically on developing our regional Education business across the South East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver substantial growth, where you will be tasked with establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders within the Education sector, particularly in Primary, Secondary & Further Education. Working closely with the wider National Account Management and Culinary teams, you will unlock key business-focused sectors. Delivering against budgeted sales and profit measures, you will identify incremental business opportunities while developing and negotiating investment programmes that deliver unit compliance and ROS improvements. This role will be home-based with travel to Quorn sites, team meetings, and customers as required. The candidate ideally will be based around the M4 corridor to be accessible to customers within London and the South East of the UK. What experience you'll need to have: Current sales background within the Education sector, either with a supplier or manufacturer Demonstrable hunger and ability to constantly unlock new business opportunities and develop customer growth Background within the FMCG and/or Foodservice sector Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills Full UK Drivers License What you'll get in return: A Competitive Salary Company Car Target Based Commission/Bonus Scheme 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays (with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days per year!)
