As the Account Director, you will take ownership of a significant portfolio spanning both public and private sectors. Your role will involve: Strategic Leadership:
Driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all cleaning contracts. Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and contract retention. Financial Oversight:
Managing budgets, profitability, and KPIs to achieve financial goals. Team Leadership:
Leading and inspiring teams to consistently deliver top-tier cleaning services. Compliance & Standards:
Ensuring all operations adhere to industry regulations and health and safety standards. What We’re Looking For

A strong background in the cleaning and FM industry, with expertise managing high-value portfolios (£8 million or similar). Leadership Skills:
