Job Responsibilities
Full P&L responsibility Ability to lead on all F&B strategy across the university Ensure that client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered with the site management team Set clear expectations for managers regarding food and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest quality Proactively suggest innovations in food and food service to develop the site Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all university clients Act as the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns, taking necessary action Work with managers and relevant parties to maximize income through effective purchasing, marketing, and revenue/waste control Produce financial reports as necessary, ensuring all details can be explained and outlining any necessary actions taken Manage and develop managers within the venue for which you are Account Director Provide effective performance management and appraisal to relevant site managers Ensure that site managers effectively manage their staff and assist as appropriate Experience managing turnovers of £6 million+ per annum Dynamic leadership skills Passionate about fresh food and aware of high street trends About Gather & Gather
