Competitive Pin Point Recruitment are looking for an Account Director – Retail Print / POS for a leading visual communication specialist based in Bishop's Stortford. The business is a dynamic multi-channel marketing service provider to brands and retailers, invested in understanding the complex challenges they face. Their services are designed to navigate this complexity and boost competitiveness across multiple markets and languages. They operate across 5 manufacturing sites in the UK and Ireland, providing in-house creative design, POS print, signage, and warehousing, underpinned by their proprietary technology platform. Job Role: Ownership and delivery of agreed financial targets and operational services Timely, insightful, and accurate forecast & sales reporting Strategically develop key client relationships, including senior stakeholders Development and execution of client Account Development Plans (ADPs) Leadership, motivation, and development of the account team Managing and delivering projects from initial brief through to final completion, within budget and deadline, and to the highest standard Taking briefs on key projects and leading small teams to deliver on client requirements Actively driving the growth of your accounts, having visibility of the client’s budgets and performance Timely and accurate forecasting of revenues in all clients Maintain a close overview of all activities managed by the account team, focusing on the quality of internal briefing and successful delivery of key campaigns Ensure the account team operates to the commercial framework of the clients Chairing quarterly & annual reviews including agreed Continuous Improvement Initiatives Reporting on the delivery of services using KPI’s and SLA’s Ensure clients are aware of our capabilities and have visited key sites Management of the personal development of team members through appraisals, one‐to‐one meetings, mentoring, succession planning, and coaching Skills Required: 10 years+ account management experience, working directly with brands and retailers on creative solutions linked to the printed production of semi-permanent POS Previous specialization within the Retail Print / POS Inspirational team leader with the ability to motivate and get the best out of others Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships internally and externally Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work to meet client and business needs Commercially astute, understands how to drive revenue and profit Excellent understanding of print production process for 3D printed point of sale A ‘can do’ attitude always focused on getting the job done to the highest standards possible Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining great attention to detail Good IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Provide clear directions and objectives in a concise manner Job Info Job Title:
