We’re seeking a driven and strategic
Account Director
to lead across multiple international markets. In this leadership role, you’ll manage a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and oversee operations to ensure the success and profitability of the business unit. If you have a passion for FMCG, team management, and delivering results, this is your opportunity to make an impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team across international markets; collaborating with Product Trainers and Retail Ambassadors to drive performance and achieve business goals. Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client management. Oversee financial goals, ensuring budget adherence and maximizing profitability. Develop and implement operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes. Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Requirements: Attitude:

Deep understanding of the FMCG industry. Experience:
Proven leadership in managing client accounts. Strong background working with Product Trainers and Retail Ambassadors. Skills:
