The hours will be somewhere inside our opening times of 7.30am and 6pm. Working from our contact centre in Deeside you’ll be placing orders to resolving queries, ensuring that insight and information is captured correctly on the CRM system whilst driving excellent customer service via the use of different platforms at any one time.What we are looking for:Ideally have telesales or contact centre experience and enjoy the challenge of hitting targetsOrganisational
