Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Account Executive to join our Client Success Team in London. Reporting to the Account Director, you will help manage and enhance our relationships with clients, ensuring their success across multiple domains.
As part of your role, you will oversee the administrative, operational, and strategic delivery of services, including marketing technology solution management and development, multi-channel campaign execution, and data analysis and insight. Additionally, you will lead projects to support client engagement and achieve growth. We operate a flexible hybrid working model, offering the best of both worlds—collaborative office time in London combined with the flexibility of remote working. As an Account Executive at Plinc, you will:
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of your client account, including scheduling meetings, creating client agendas and contact reports, maintaining status documents, and updating financial reports to support billing processes. Develop strong client relationships, becoming the trusted first point of contact by managing communications, delivering excellence, and ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of support requests. Ensure all client campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification by effectively resourcing and managing projects while tracking profitability to support positive account outcomes. Collaborate with other teams to ensure client briefs are realistic achievable, and offer the most effective solutions. Contribute to creating expert insights content and client case studies by supporting client workshops and quarterly business reviews, both organisationally and through content production. You will bring:
An education to degree level with a technology, mathematics, business and/or marketing specialism. Experience using Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word and PowerPoint. A customer-centric approach and knowledge of Customer Lifecycle strategies across multiple channels. Knowledge of statistical measures and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a dedicated approach to achieving outcomes that create a positive impact.
