Responsibilities
Conduct qualification meetings, deliver platform demonstrations, and effectively respond to RFPs, RFIs, and new client inquiries Engage in targeted outreach to build a strong sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams on strategic campaigns Maintain regular client follow-ups to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction, and uncover new business opportunities Drive renewals and retention by managing accounts with a proactive approach to client needs and goals Partner with customer success and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and support lead generation initiatives Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build partnerships and increase brand visibility Skills
Extensive experience in business development, especially in client-focused, growth-driven roles Strong client relationship and account management skills with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities In-depth understanding of LMS/LXP and similar technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficient in English; additional language skills in French or Dutch are an advantage Experience
Previous experience in a business development or sales role, within a SaaS or learning platform environment Track record of achieving sales targets, building client rapport, and understanding organisational learning needs Education
Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
