Account Management & Operations Intern

The intern will conduct reviews of seller KPIs to identify and resolve underperformance issues. They will communicate with sellers to provide actionable insights and ensure alignment with Qogita's standards. The role involves promoting the adoption of automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Collaboration with the Product team is required to improve seller-facing tools and post-sale automation processes. The intern will support sellers in resolving order-related issues to align with Qogita's goals. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a driven and curious individual currently finalizing their studies in business or a related field. They should possess a strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for building positive relationships with sellers. A proactive, problem-solving attitude is necessary, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with tools like admin portals, CRMs, and business analytics tools will be beneficial, although training will be provided.
