Key Job Duties
Build and nurture long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities where possible. Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Redirect and escalate enquiries to appropriate departments when necessary.
Candidate Attributes
Minimum of 2 years in a B2B customer service role, with a proven track record of success. Ability to identify issues proactively and implement solutions. Highly organised with the ability to manage workload independently. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. CRM experience/knowledge would be beneficial.
