Account Manager
based in Tewkesbury. DAY TO DAY:
Take ownership & leadership of your job Work with departments to ensure they are hitting company targets Responsible for quality control in terms of equipment specification Oversee operational efficiency with correct Gross Margins Develop new business, retain & grow appropriate relationships with key clients Liaise directly with customers on & off site Visit clients on a regular basis Weekend working where required Work towards set KPIs Report figures on a weekly basis, on 6-month pipeline Support with quoting and administration as needed Maintain company Gross Margin across all projects quoted EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Knowledge and interest in the AV market is desirable Exhibitions and events experience is desirable Ensure all customer details and needs are met and exceeded Strong client relationship management experience A level of interpersonal skills sufficient to establish and maintain credibility with senior internal and external contacts Ability to make key commercial decisions to help meet both external and internal budgets The ability to work under pressure and remain upbeat in difficult circumstances Organised, with an eye for detail WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday 9-5:30PM SALARY: Competitive Salary If you are looking for a new challenge with a keen interest in the AV sector, we would love to hear from you!
