Preference will be given to individuals with either experience or a strong interest in Sustainability. The role of the Account Manager:
Oversee the clients relationship with key customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and invoices are sent in a timely and accurate manner. Understand the customers' key drivers and the clients deliverables, recognising opportunities for organic growth. Leadership of Account Management function. Oversee management of key accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Occasional travel to industry events and client meetings. Take on and on-board new customers efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers. Manage budgets and invoicing process effectively. Ideal profile for Account Manager:
The ideal candidate must have previous experience within a similar role, such as Account Director or Senior Account Manager, and possess excellent customer-facing and contract management skills. Good experience in upselling, negotiating, and supporting business development is essential. The candidate can be based anywhere; however, they must be prepared to travel to the Chichester Office.
