The Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers on producer compliance areas such as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), Packaging, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT). Your core responsibilities. Member communication and account management of key clients. Provide guidance, knowledge, and support on technical queries regarding Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) including Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), Packaging, and Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT). Manage your audit schedule and ensure you achieve targets set and follow the process to ensure all audits are documented and actions taken. Responsible for recruitment and retention of compliance customers. Provide first line support to members and internal departments. Stay up to date on legislation changes. Ensure compliance with all QA procedures in line with job tasks. Support through compliance submission periods. Our essential requirements. Advantageous to have knowledge of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), Packaging, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Plastic Packaging Tax, and its practical application.
