As an Account Manager, you’ll report to the Branch Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest. YOUR IMPACT
Manage Omaha’s most beautiful commercial properties – including experiential retail centers, business parks, industrial and data centers, healthcare and education campuses, and HOAs Champion an extraordinary level of customer service with a 24-hour response rate and customized communication cadence Leverage your experience to sell enhancements at target margins to elevate existing landscapes Welcome new customers and ensure a smooth transition to Mulhall’s Landscape Serve as the customer’s primary contact through contract renewal, starting the conversation early and using our standard templates to make the process as seamless as possible WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
