We have an exciting role as an Account Manager for L'artisan Parfumeur in Selfridges. The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday – Sunday inclusive. A Puig Retail Brand Account Manager achieves sales targets whilst promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, increasing brand awareness and building customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of the store group retailer you will be based. Previous experience in an Account Manager/ Business Manager/ Key Holder, Assistant store manager role Previous experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion or luxury industry A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule is very important The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launches or activity unique to that store The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and on your own; you must be self-sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to prioritize your workload A few things you'll love about us
