What the role involves
- Develop relationships with key fleet and commercial customers.
- Driving account growth, retention and long-term customer value.
- Leading customer review meetings and present performance insights and improvement plans.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and SLA performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support customer retention, operational improvement and commercial growth.
- Build credibility and trust with customers by proactively identifying solutions, improvements and opportunities for added value.
