Account management / New business / Field (Some client visits so must drive and have a car). Operating Hours:
37.5 hours per week Flexibility is required at times; however, you will normally be required to work the following hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Responsibilities: Identify and nurture new business opportunities through e-mails, cold calling, and networking. Nurture existing clients, develop relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Ensure client satisfaction and develop open and effective channels of communication with each client. Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively with clients by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets and growth areas. Hold regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service. Provide regular performance reports and analyze results by monitoring KPIs. Investigate and resolve any client issues. Attend existing client meetings to deliver presentations and discuss performance. Encourage revenue growth by ensuring clients continue using our services. Improve client service procedures, policies, and standards. Arrange and book client meetings, including travel arrangements. Attend seminars, conferences, and events as appropriate. Ensure the CRM and case management software is continuously updated. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the credit industry. Control and manage your workload effectively and efficiently. Establish and manage a sales pipeline across potential and existing clients. Remain flexible and committed in a fast-paced environment. Play a key role in driving continuous improvements within the team and company. Adhere to company rules and policies. Perform any ad-hoc duties as instructed by management. Required Knowledge and Experience: Education: Good level of general education to GCSEs or GNVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent. Business Experience: Strong customer service and sales background. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in the debt recovery industry is advantageous. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Core Competencies: A proven track record of account management and prospecting new accounts. IT literate with experience of using Word and Excel. Ability to prioritize workload and work methodically. Self-motivated and able to maintain deadlines. Ability to deliver sales pitches and presentations. Good timekeeping and confidentiality.
