Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, flexible between the hours of 8AM and 6PM. Dynamite Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth who is looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to join the business. As a Customer Relationship Manager you will:
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts. Build lasting professional relationships. Update clients frequently via telephone, writing, and in person. Take ownership of account issues, ensuring they are resolved by liaising with other departments internally. Generate new business opportunities where you see an opportunity. Attend meetings/appointments with clients. Attend exhibitions. Produce reports and provide supporting administration. The ideal Customer Relationship Manager will have/be:
Previous experience in a similar role where you have managed and built long-standing relationships with clients. Organized and able to carry a heavy workload. Excellent customer service experience.
