About the Role:
Fuse is looking for a driven and passionate Account Manager to join a fast-paced team delivering across a high-profile football account - working with ‘FedEx’ to deliver their UEFA Champions League sponsorship.
The main responsibilities of the role will be leading on the day-to-day key tasks and overall management of key areas of marketing and activation of sponsorship rights, including managing agency partners, rights management and activation, digital activation and managing UEFA approvals.
You will report to a Senior Account Manager/Account Director as well as a wider account team.
The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting ongoing projects. Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Main point of contact for FedEx and management of key clients
Management of junior FUSE team members to ensure all deliverables are met
Management of FedEx market communications, activation plans and UEFA approvals
Management, tracking and delivery of FedEx rights including trophy appearances, LEDs, stadium activations
Management of FedEx digital activations and digital inventory across UEFA channels, including the management of relevant media partners, contracted social media posts and email/newsletter campaigns
Creation of market communications including the development of a sponsorship playbook, guidelines and best practices/case studies
Being proactive and the leading expert in educating the clients and FedEx markets on how to leverage rights aligned with rights holder guidelines
Project management to ensure successful delivery of key projects, including leading on the end of campaign reporting
Stakeholder Management (internal, rightsholder and clients) – management of weekly client/internal status meetings, agendas and follow-up notes
Management of project budgets, invoicing and end of campaign reconciliations
Desired Skills & Experiences:
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing including experience of working with digital media partners
A passion for sport and entertainment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong use of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail, yet the ability to multi-task and think on your feet
A can-do, positive, friendly attitude
You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site at events and some weekend work.
This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
