We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Account Manager to join our Account Management team. The remit and focus of the role is to serve as the first point of contact for customer account management queries and lead on the management and delivery of Account Management review meetings. Core responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer account management queries Work closely with the Head of Customer Sales and wider Partnerships Division Manage the Account Management inbox, handling queries and escalating as appropriate Lead on the management and delivery of Account Management review meetings Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders Keep churn within target Support the business in generating well qualified leads About you
Experience in a sales development OR sales administrative role Ability to work well within a close team environment Evidence of good planning and organisational skills Great customer service skills Ability to work across teams and engage multiple stakeholders Able to work independently with strong time management skills Ability to perform in a fast moving, dynamic environment Experience in education / edtech market would be a bonus What we offer
