Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts utilizing the CRM on a daily basis. Develop and build strong relationships. Increase sales with existing and new customers. Up-sell and cross-sell across the product range. Understand customer needs. Perform outbound business development strategies. Offer a high level of customer service. Typical customers include Traffic Management, Automotive, Construction, Retail Production, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Utilities, and Civil Engineers. 1-3 years experience in account management, sales, business development, customer service, or marketing. This role would suit candidates from the recruitment sector. Business-to-business experience is ideal for this opportunity. A clear drive and desire to succeed and grow sales. Enjoy working to targets and within a small team.
