Our client's Private Banking team is committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to valued clients across Asia. Reporting directly to the Head of Asia based in Zurich, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding service quality and efficiency for both internal teams and external clients.
Your Responsibilities Managing all account opening and closing procedures with precision
Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed about their investments’ performance and outlook, promptly addressing any issues or complaints
Coordinating high-quality reporting, administration, and transition processes related to mandates
Professionally handling client queries and managing all client interactions with care and attention
Overseeing the accuracy of client reporting, legal documentation, KYC compliance, and resolving any related concerns
Supporting business development by preparing presentations, marketing materials, and scheduling appointments for the Head of Asia
Assisting in developing and implementing reporting procedures to monitor sales processes effectively Internally, you will support the Head of Asia Zurich Office and Relationship Managers by:
Organising diaries, appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence efficiently
Conducting background research and preparing reports, briefing papers, documents, and presentations
Managing daily cash positions as well as maturities for non-managed clients
Processing account documentation meticulously including archiving and filing correspondence
Maintaining office systems such as data management and filing protocols
Leading specific projects alongside supporting marketing events planning and execution
Training new assistants by writing clear processes to ensure smooth onboarding Your Profile A commercial school diploma or bank apprenticeship; alternatively a financial or economic education background
At least 5 years’ experience as an assistant in private banking within the relevant region
Excellent command of English and German; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
The ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining high-quality output within deadlines
Exceptional client service orientation coupled with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
Proven experience in streamlining reporting and communication processes across borders
Solid project management capabilities within an international context
Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail What We Offer
