Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Uncapped Commission (up to 30% of billings)

Founded in 2020, Personnel Link is a fast-growing hybrid recruitment agency specialising in placing top talent across a variety of sectors, including automotive, driving, industrial, accountancy & finance, commercial, catering, and hospitality. Despite being a relatively young company, we've quickly built a strong reputation and are now expanding our industrial division. We are looking for driven consultants to join our vibrant and ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant, you'll take on a 360-recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment cycle:

Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients to generate business opportunities. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring we meet their staffing needs. Candidate Attraction: Source, screen, and match candidates to appropriate roles using various channels. Team Support: During peak times, you'll receive additional resourcing support to keep your desk running smoothly. What We Offer:

Competitive Base Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 (based on experience) Commission Structure: Earn up to 30% of your billings with monthly & quarterly bonus incentives. Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work from home and our office in Bishops Stortford. Work-Life Balance Perks:

Location Coverage: Must live locally or be able to commute to our office in Bishops Stortford at least once a week. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Accountancy & Finance sector, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes. Drive for Success: Thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organised in managing client and candidate information. Business Development Focus: A passion for winning new business and building lasting client relationships. 360 Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience running a 360-desk in recruitment.
