This is a broad general practice role, where you will manage a ready-made portfolio of accounts and tax clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies across various sectors.
You will collaborate with other directors and managers in the leadership team, contributing to the firm’s ongoing development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse client portfolio, including sole traders, LLPs, and limited companies. Provide comprehensive business advisory and accountancy services to your client base. Assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services. Drive the development and acquisition of new clients and business opportunities. Oversee and support key projects and initiatives as needed. Lead and develop staff, ensuring high performance and effective service delivery. ACA/ACCA qualification or an equivalent. Significant experience in general practice, with expertise in financial reporting, management, and taxation.
