Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied client portfolio spanning sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, each with distinct turnovers, sizes, and complexities. Oversee and provide OMB client accounts and tax advice, including planning. Review Ltd company, sole trader, and partnership accounts and tax work. Direct Client contact. Contribute to the practice's marketing efforts. Participate in shaping the strategic direction of the practice's future. Supervise and manage staff. Requirements
Accountancy Practice Manager / Partner Designate Maidstone £50,000- £65,000 Possession of ACA/ACCA qualifications with a minimum of 5 years in a practice setting. Previous roles as a Manager or Senior Manager or Partner within an accountancy practice, showcasing your depth of expertise. Experience in client management, people management, or business development would be advantageous. Benefits
Accountancy Practice Manager / Partner Designate Maidstone £50,000- £65,000 Our client is offering a highly competitive salary and remuneration package in the region of £50,000- £65,000, depending on experience.
