Job Description You will join the team as an Accountant - Farming Sector Clients addition, taking on increasing responsibility for the hands-on provision of year-end accounts preparation, tax, and wider services as you develop within this firm and role. You will primarily act for agricultural sector clients and other associated rural related sector clients across landed estates, holiday lets, property, retail, and more. There will be opportunities to develop technically and progress in a long-term career move as a highly valued addition to this team of experienced accountants, with support for those pursuing further qualifications. The Successful Applicant For this Accountant - Farming Sector Clients role, you may be AAT qualified or studying, or have developed your career entirely through experience. Equally, you could be pursuing ACCA/ACA qualifications. You will have a background working within the accountancy practice sector for an accounting firm of any size. You should have two to three years of experience or more, preparing year-end accounts, tax, etc. Direct, recent expertise in agricultural sector accounting is preferred, but experience in wider industry sectors with a demonstrable link to the sector through family background is also acceptable.
