The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and supporting our overall financial health. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop and monitor budgets, providing variance analysis and forecasting to support financial planning. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Manage all accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Payroll Management:

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely disbursement of salaries. Tax Compliance:

Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Audit Preparation:

Assist in the preparation for external audits and implement recommendations to improve financial processes. Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to management. Internal Controls:

Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for various projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the technology or education sector. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professional ethics. How to Apply:
