Join our finance team at Behaviour Interactive as an accountant, where you'll play a key role in managing accounts payable and overseeing payroll for our UK and Rotterdam offices. Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll dive into a variety of exciting tasks within our finance department, ensuring every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. In this role, you will:

Manage the full accounts payable cycle including: invoice coding, manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, verify expense reports, data entry into accounting system and issue payments; Prepare and manage the payroll for both entities, produce payroll journal entries and various month-end reports, reconcile all discrepancies; Prepare the bank reconciliation and month-end journal entries (prepaids, depreciation, accruals); Prepare and submit the VAT reports to UK and Netherlands governments; Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and respected; Provide administrative support to the finance and other departments; Provide all the documents for the year-end audit of the head quarter in Canada. What we're looking for:

College diploma in accounting or a related field 3-5 years of experience in accounting or similar roles within a medium or large company Good knowledge of accounting rules in UK and ideally Netherlands Knowledge of IFRS will be considered an important asset Strong knowledge of computer tools, especially Excel Experience with ERP F&O Microsoft will be considered an important asset Good organizational and work management skills Fluency in English is required, German language skills are a plus Dans ce rôle, vous devrez:

Gérer le cycle complet des comptes fournisseurs, y compris : le codage des factures, la gestion des demandes d'achat et des bons de commande, la vérification des rapports de dépenses, la saisie des données dans le système comptable et l'émission des paiements; Préparer et gérer la paie pour les deux entités, produire les écritures de journal de paie et divers rapports de fin de mois, réconcilier toutes les divergences; Préparer la réconciliation bancaire et les écritures de journal de fin de mois (charges payées d'avance, amortissements, provisions); Préparer et soumettre les rapports de TVA aux gouvernements du Royaume-Uni et des Pays-Bas; Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise; Fournir un soutien administratif au département financier et aux autres départements; Fournir tous les documents pour l'audit de fin d'année du siège social au Canada. Ce que nous recherchons :

Diplôme collégial en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe; 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou dans des rôles similaires au sein d'une entreprise de taille moyenne ou grande; Bonne connaissance des règles comptables au Royaume-Uni et idéalement aux Pays-Bas; La connaissance des IFRS sera considérée comme un atout important; Forte connaissance des outils informatiques, en particulier Excel; Expérience avec ERP F&O Microsoft sera considérée comme un atout important; Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du travail; Maîtrise de l'anglais requise, des compétences en allemand sont un plus.
