Undertake all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of Management accounts. Ensure all invoices are raised on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and sent to customers accurately. Ensure all supplier invoices are paid in line with terms. Credit control on all invoices raised, ensuring all money owed is received in line or before terms agreed. Ensure proper and accurate bookkeeping on all purchase and sales invoices utilising the Sage 50 software system. Produce management accounts for both companies which will be prepared and presented monthly to the directors. Complete and submit VAT returns to HMRC for both companies. Ensure payroll, staff pensions, and PAYE is processed and in line with HMRC requirements, and all reports submitted in line with mandatory requirements. You will have relevant accounting qualifications or experience in order to apply. You will enjoy a busy workload and be hands-on.
