We are looking for an Accountants Administrator to join a global retail business group who have a portfolio of high-profile lifestyle, sports and fashion brands. This is a full time, 5 days a week office-based role in Watford. No hybrid working. As Accountants Administrator, you will be involved in bookkeeping and assist in producing up to Trial Balance. Your responsibilities will include: Processing Purchase and bought ledger invoices, printing invoices and credit notes. Posting, inputting and analysis on Invoices on SAGE including coding to Trial Balance. Checking bank statements and VAT amounts charged. Maintaining Accounts Payable ledgers, spreadsheets, and reports, as well as ensuring invoices tie up with purchase orders. To apply, the right candidate should have around 2 to 3 years of experience in bookkeeping within the industry and ideally have worked for a similar business of scope and scale. Must be proficient in SAGE, have advanced knowledge in Excel spreadsheets, and be part qualified in ACCA, IAB, ACA, or CIMA.
