Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Finance (Accounts Receivable) Virtual Assistant at Bambu. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as invoicing, financial data analysis, communication regarding accounts receivable, and providing financial support as needed.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and trends
- Invoicing: Experience with invoicing processes and systems
- Finance and Accounting: Understanding of basic finance and accounting principles
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or finance roles
- Experience with Xero is essential

The agency was founded in 2019 by two media & advertising experts with more than 20 years of experience working at several leading London media agencies providing marketing strategy for global brands.
We operate globally and have clients in Europe, Asia and North America, with bases in London in the UK and Manila in the Philippines and 40 staff in total across the business. The role will include a significant amount of work with clients and colleagues who are based overseas, and all of our team work across multiple markets.

This role has a direct progression path to a more senior strategic focused role within the business, ultimately with scope to be advising clients on their marketing strategy and managing future junior team members.
Salary & Structure
This is a part-time role, we initially expect this to be a flexible role requiring around 5 hours per week, and can either continue at this level or with opportunity to increase or move to full time if preferred. Within your application, please state your hourly rate.
