As we continue to scale and develop our Finance department, we are looking for an

Accounting Manager

to oversee and manage our global Accounting teams. This will include managing a senior team of accountants and developing efficient, reliable processes across multiple international entities. The perfect candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and show the ability to shape new processes as well as improve the existing ones.

Key aspects of the role include:

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring

compliance with US GAAP

and other applicable standards. Develop and

implement accounting policies

and

procedures

to support the company's growth. Draft and review accounting memos to document complex transactions and address technical accounting matters. Ensure compliance

with all debt covenants, financial regulations and applicable standards. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity. Lead and improve the

month-end ,

quarter-end , and

year-end close processes , ensuring timely and accurate completion. Drive the

implementation of new accounting systems

and software to support the company's growth. Mentor and develop a

global accounting team , fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

support business operations

and

strategic decision-making. Support external audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Finance ,

Accounting , or a related field. Minimum of

7 years experience

in

accounting , with at least

3 years in a management role. In-depth knowledge of

US GAAP

and internal controls with proven recent experience in the field is

a must. Experience working in a

fast-growth organization

within a related industry (SaaS, Marketplace, Tech) would be a great asset. Chartered Accountant

and/or

Certified Public Accountant

is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Navision, Oracle).
