This is an opportunity to join an award winning company with a new office in Queniborough. We are currently seeking an experienced customer services and accounts administrator to work closely amongst all departments and members of staff. The candidate should have the ability to produce and chase quotations. Full training will be provided. The candidate must have excellent telephone skills and confidence in following leads and converting potential customers, as well as building a relationship with the customer and their finance team. The candidate should also be able to effectively chase sent quotations and have the ability to make appointments where needed for our external sales person. Qualifications and Skills At least 2 years of professional telephone skills Strong communication skills Professional and clear telephone manner Self-motivated and organised Ability to multi-task and prioritise Ability to coordinate efforts with other colleagues Once successful, you will help develop, recruit and grow the team. Job Summary Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers. Make courtesy and follow-up calls. Generate quotations and maximise all sales opportunities by identifying the customers' needs. Obtain a good working and diverse knowledge of all products (training will be given). Process orders and estimates received by phone, fax or email. Deal with queries or complaints received from customers. Perform office administrative duties. Process high volumes of data accurately. Maintain purchase ledger accounts. Reconcile suppliers statements to purchase ledger. Confident communicator both face to face and by telephone. Support accounts and team. Office based role. The Candidate: Strong telephone skills. Understanding of the sales process and how to utilise it to maximum advantage. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills. Experience of working effectively and efficiently both individually and within a team. Strong communication skills with the ability to build good customer relationships. Good level of computer and keyboard skills. Responsibilities: Manage and develop gained business on a day to day basis. Maximise profit at all times through effective account managing. Duties: Generate new business and close sales through telephone-based sales. Manage and maintain new and existing relationships with clients, offering technical back-up and advice. Provide appropriate solutions, suggestions, and recommendations to customers when required – extensive product knowledge and industry training will be provided as part of the induction process. Use our CRM system to track customer progress and results. Chase quotations. Build excellent customer relationships. Book qualified appointments for Business Development Managers. Support managers in administrative duties. Check suppliers invoices and stock. Answer customer enquiries competently via telephone and email. Other ad-hoc duties as required. * Please note that the above is not an exhaustive list.
