About the role

Our Commissions team are responsible for processing weekly commission payments and dealing with enquiries from our firms and businesses. MAB processes millions of pounds worth of transactions every week, where you’ll be part of a dynamic team to support

our key firms with excellent customer service and delivering at pace.

Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile commissions payments, including weekly imports of commission statements. Deal with various insurance providers and lenders on a daily basis. Effectively resolve email and banking queries in a timely manner. Handle telephone queries in a professional manner. Input information into relevant systems. About You Experience of working in a high-volume financial environment. Exceptional customer service skills, including an excellent telephone manner. Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers. You’re proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel. Great attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. A resourceful and pro-active attitude when dealing with issues that arise. The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team. Everyone is Welcome
