We are a well-established local business with a highly successful finance team. Our Finance Team is well-resourced and enjoys excellent facilities. We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile bank accounts and transactions, ensuring all money received is receipted and processed safely. Complete administrative routines related to orders, invoices, cheques, income, and the receipt and distribution of goods and services. Assist with payroll duties and reports as instructed by the Finance Manager. Undertake general office and administrative duties as required. Ensure all financial matters, procedures, and requirements align with company policies. Query any transaction, payment, or item as appropriate. Requirements: At least one year of finance/accounting and administration experience. Excellent organisational, administrative, communication, and IT skills. Must be immediately available and able to work in the office 5 days a week. Contact:
