Description
The Account Assistant's role is to support the wider team by completing routine tasks, ensuring all work is of a high standard while upholding Xeinadin’s vision and values. This role involves assisting both clients and team members, and contributing to various accounting services, such as audit engagements, tax returns, and management accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting more senior colleagues in liaising with clients to gather information and communicate with clients on routine matters
Preparing sole trader, partnership, and Ltd company accounts
Preparing corporation tax returns
Preparing VAT returns
Preparing management accounts
Attending client premises
Deliver the Xeinadin vision and value
Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence
Participate in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client
Key Requirements
Working towards AAT/ ACA/ ACCA.
Experience working in an accountancy practice.
A strong desire to pursue further qualifications and become a qualified Accountant.
