Accounts Assistant , you ll play a key role in managing financial processes, with a focus on building stronger customer relationships and reconciling account queries between insurers and internal systems. While this is a generalist accounts role, your ability to collaborate effectively and work systematically with both business and some domestic customers will be essential to maintaining excellent accounts receivable performance. This position is ideal for someone who values stability and career consistency, as the company is seeking a professional who is committed to long–term growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and strengthen relationships with customers and insurers to resolve account queries. Reconcile financial transactions and ensure accuracy across internal systems. Maintain and improve accounts receivable performance, working collaboratively with customers. Handle generalist accounts tasks, including financial record–keeping, reporting, and payments. Collaborate with the Commercial Director and a highly experienced accounts team to streamline processes and drive efficiencies. Support the company s growth and succession planning objectives by taking on increased responsibilities over time. What We re Looking For: Experience in the

insurance sector

and/or a similar finance environment (highly advantageous). Proven general accounts experience with a strong focus on reconciliation and attention to detail. A systematic, detail–oriented approach to resolving queries and managing accounts receivable. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software. A career history demonstrating consistency and commitment, rather than frequent job changes. A proactive mindset with a willingness to grow and take on succession opportunities. Why Join Us?
