Accounts Assistant - Moreton-in-Marsh

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing retail sales to cash reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register
- Assist with a variety of finance duties including maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintenance of data in the finance system
- Month end procedures
- Ad-hoc duties and any project work as required for the smooth running of the department.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
