We are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will support our finance operations to help ensure our financial health.

Managing the purchase ledger, you will post supplier invoices, reconcile statements, process payments within agreed terms and maintain accurate cash flow schedules.

You will maintain clear and up-to-date financial records and ensure accurate and efficient processing of supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations.

Supporting general finance activities, you will prepare for audits, process client receipts, raise and issue sales invoices and perform bank reconciliations to support cash flow management.

Additionally, you will:

Act as the first point of contact for finance-related queries

Support credit control activities by chasing outstanding debts and resolving billing issues

Work with the Finance Team to ensure finance processes are accurate and consistent

Assist the Finance Manager with audit preparation and financial records

About You

To be considered as an Accounts Assistant, you will need:

Experience in a finance and/or accounting administrative or similar position

The ability to understand contractual terms and requirements for documenting transactions

Solid financial skills, including financial reporting abilities

Good numeracy skills and strong attention to detail

The closing date for this role is 23rd December 2024.
