Manage and supervise the accounts team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to senior management Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within an accounts department Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 200 and Sage Payroll) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Application by CV Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm Contract length: 12 months Pay: From £25,000.00 per year Expected hours: 22.5 per week Benefits:
