Job Description As an Accounts Manager, you will manage the delivery of a wide range of services to a varied client portfolio focused on accounts, tax, and wider advisory project work across different sizes and sectors, including clients up to the audit threshold in turnover. You will build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor. You will be supported by a wider team and play a key role in developing, supporting, mentoring, and managing this team. You will carve an influential role in this successful, growing firm of independent accountants with a clear route to progress for those with ambitions to develop beyond a managerial position in the medium to long term. The Successful Applicant You will be ACA/ACCA/CTA/AAT qualified or equivalent, with a career background within accountancy practice across accounts, tax, audit, and general accountancy service delivery to a wide range of sole traders, partnerships, and limited company clients. You will have developed your career to the Accounts Manager / Client Manager levels and be looking for a career move within a leading firm where you can see a genuine clear progression and development path on offer, providing a long-term career fit and environment to develop and achieve your career goals.
