Accounts Manager . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant or Accounts Manager to take the next step in their career. Role Overview:
As an
Accounts Manager , you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including
limited companies, sole traders , and
partnerships
from various industries. You’ll oversee workflow, supervise junior staff, and ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and efficient accounting services. While your primary role will involve reviewing outputs, you will also assist with the
preparation of complex client accounts
when necessary. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse client portfolio , tailored to your experience level. Review and prepare
Limited Company Financial Statements . Prepare and review
management accounts . Plan and manage the
portfolio’s workflow . Mentor and guide
junior team members . Serve as the
main point of contact
for clients, managing their needs and queries. Negotiate and agree on
client fees . Assist partners and clients with
ad hoc projects . Ensure workload is efficiently managed to exceed client expectations. Required Skills:
ACCA/ACA Qualified
(or
Qualified by Experience
will be considered). Experience in
client management
is beneficial. Ability to review and assess junior staff work. Excellent
communication skills
