Key Responsibilities As an Accounts Manager, your responsibilities include: Preparation of annual accounts, business tax, and personal tax Identifying tax issues (P11D, S455 tax, VAT implications, etc.) Scheduling and allocating work for junior team members and providing technical guidance Reviewing work completed by Assistants and Advisors, providing feedback and training as needed Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates Staying updated on relevant accounting, tax developments, and software functionalities Preparing and presenting outputs, including attendance at client meetings Ensuring compliance with deadlines for accounts and tax returns Assisting with fee proposals and terms of engagement

What We're Looking For

You should have: A degree/college accounting qualification ICAS/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience within an accounting practice A proven track record of managing accounts and mentoring junior team members Why Join Our Client?
