Bookkeeping: Recording payments, reconciling accounts, and processing journal entries. Ledger Maintenance: Posting invoices accurately to accounting software. Invoicing & Credit Management: Generating invoices, managing debt collection, and overseeing credit control. Monthly Reporting: Assisting directors in preparing monthly management accounts and supporting contract costing analysis. Year-End Processes: Supporting the preparation of year-end financial documentation. Accounts Analysis: Reviewing accounts receivable reports for accuracy and insights. Payroll Support: Preparing payroll reports and issuing payslips. Payment Processing: Ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments. What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Proven ability to work effectively within a team. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Experience in accounting or a related role. Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and accounting software.
