Accounts Manager (Accountancy Practice Based) – Wiltshire Job Type: Permanent I am seeking an Accounts Manager for my client's new and exciting Company servicing clients with all aspects of their managed print requirements. My client is currently in the process of welcoming additional members to their existing team and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join as an Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will have similar experience working with Xero Accountancy Software (or equivalent). You will be responsible for overseeing the office in general and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of customer accounts. Duties include: Supervise and lead the office team, providing guidance and support as needed. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Process invoices, payments, and receipts using a dedicated CRM package and XERO accounts software. Reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions. Monitor and analyse customer account balances and payment history. Collaborate with other members of staff to resolve customer account issues and enquiries. Prepare financial reports and provide accurate data for management reporting. Stay updated with CRM & Xero accounts software updates and new features. Train existing and new staff on the use of the Xero accounts software. Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations. Proficient in MS Office. Possessing analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and accurate. Organised with time management skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
