Office Manager
to join their team on a
part-time basis. This role offers the
flexibility of hybrid working.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of office management. What you'll get £19K - £24K (Prorata) 24 hrs per week 8:30am - 5pm Bonus What you'll do Assist in the production of quarterly Management Accounts and other financial reports. Manage and reconcile Sales/Purchase Ledgers, including processing monthly statements and resolving queries. Handle client and supplier communications regarding payments. Oversee supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and currency exchanges (Euro). Process PAYE, pension submissions, HMRC VAT returns, and payroll-related journals (accruals, prepayments, expense claims). Assist with weekly KPI reporting and fixed asset management. Manage daily office operations (inventory, post, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, catering). Support office contract negotiations (e.g., rent, internet, insurance). Assist with additional business tasks as required.
