We are looking to appoint two motivated, dynamic, and business-focused individuals. The postholder will develop and supply customer and client information relative to financial profiles, supplier accounts, and performance information.
You will develop an understanding of the day-to-day operation of the repairs services and provide system administration and support to enable the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused service.
Essential Experience: Delivering services in a high-volume transactional environment. Working with internal and external partners. Managing demanding customer relationships and delivering a wide range of customer service and advice services activity.
You must have local government experience as well as communication, customer service, numeracy, influencing, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
You will also possess ICT skills including Microsoft Office, with an ability to manage diverse workloads and meet deadlines.
Desirable Experience: Supervising and directing clerical support staff. Using repairs/planning system(s).
