Accounts Payable Administrator (3-Month Contract) Location:

Segensworth, Southampton (Hybrid) Join our client's dynamic and supportive team who are a leading global company committed to excellence and innovation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and quick learner to join their Accounts Payable team on a 3-month contract. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end closing activities. Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: Immediate availability. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. On Offer: A great team environment with supportive colleagues.
