Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Pay: £19 p/h
Location: Central London
Hybrid working
Accountancy Action is currently hiring on behalf on a University in London in order to find them an Accounts Payable Assistant for a temporary on-going position. They will start someone ASAP and the role is hybrid so some work from home is an option.
The role will cover all areas of accounts payable along with some other accounts duties including:
Processing purchase invoices
Reconciling invoices
Bank reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers
Some accounts receivable work such as raising invoices
Any additional accounts admin duties that should arise
What the client is looking for:
Previous experience on working in accounts at a University/school
Experience working in AP but also some AR exposure ideally
Any experience of Agresso would be beneficial but not essential
The client will interview candidates w/c 4 th
