As an Accounts Payable Associate, you'll be an essential part of our finance team, ensuring that supplier invoices are processed efficiently and according to company policy. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader or Manager, you'll manage everything from VIP accounts and rent payments to handling supplier queries and statement reconciliations. You'll also help manage unallocated cash, review debit balances, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly. Performance Delivery:

VIP Accounts Preparing rent payments New starter training Processing invoices Inbox management/supplier queries Invoices exceptions Xelix errors/duplications Statement reconciliations Supplier management & calls Urgent payment initial creation Internal stakeholder management Manage unallocated cash Review GRNI Review Debit balances Qualifications: Working towards a professional qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE Fluent in English; knowing another European language (French, Polish, German) is a plus Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive problem solver Excellent communicator who can collaborate with teams at all levels Commercial knowledge, process management, budget management Change management, problem-solving, prioritization, emotional intelligence Decision-making, strategic thinking, project management, and pitching Coaching, mentoring, conflict management, and fostering a positive culture About THG: THG is one of the world's fastest growing and largest online retailers.
